How to lean out Cold Start Open Loop on $8D ?

Car: 89 Turbo Trans Am and lots of non-3rd gens
Engine: 231 SFI Turbo's, LT4, LT1
Transmission: 2004r, 4L60E
How to lean out Cold Start Open Loop on $8D ?
There's 1 table I see thats directly related to "Open Loop" and Coolant temp for "cold" starts, called "Open loop Change to A/F vs. Coolant Temp" in TunerCat.
If I want to lean out the mixture a little for cold startups, is this the table I should be tweaking and how?
Current values are:

20.9

It changes to '1' at 20 degrees C, which is 68 F. My guess is making these '1.0' a negative number would do this, can that be done or is this correct?
I'm guessing the colder it is the richer the mixture will be with this table.
