Interpreting WinALDL data

I'm new to F-body.Org but have been modifying my 1989 GTA for years. I've been reading through all the tech articles regarding information on GM's Engine Management systems. After all the the modifications I've done to my car I feel some computer tinkering is finally in order. I'm still running the factory ECM and PROM. I've read the tech articles on PROM burning and have learned a great deal. I've always felt aftermarket chip companies took their customers for idiots simply because you can't tune a specific car over the phone regardless of how much information you provide them. With this said I would like to get some serious advice regarding some of the results I've obtained with WinALDL reader software. I just used it for the first time today and am still tying to decifer it. I'm extremely familiar with what all the data pertains to ( I also own an AutoX-Ray scanner) and how I obviously need to burn a custom chip for maximum performance, but just wanted to drop a line to you guys to see what opinions you had regarding what PROM modifications need to be made. I've attached the following text file from the WinALDL logged data. As you can see I didn't push the car very hard (i.e. less than 3100 rpm, this is the point where an appreciable amount of boost is initially being made 2 lb.). If another full throttle run would be helpful reply to this message and I'll be on the local strees pushing it as hard as you desire.
