WinALDL and ALDL Raw Information

Can anyone out there explain some of the RAW Data that is pulled via ALDL?
I have an 87 IROC w/305 TPI and A/T (pretty much as stock as you can get) that has been running like crap (the occasional backfire, rough idle and surging at low rpms, runs rich, etc) and I'm trying to figure out what can be going on. I started pulling Raw data last night with WinALDL and now I have a log but don't really know what it means.

Re: WinALDL and ALDL Raw Information

For reasons I cant begin to understand I can never read those logs as columns are not alligned. anyway, That is a read of sensor data over time. For instance MAP, BLM, INT, TPS, coolant degC, on and on. For specifice definitions may want to look at stickies as I suspect they are well defined there. Also i believe winaldl shows malf flags.

Re: WinALDL and ALDL Raw Information

Actually went through and put all of the data into a spreadsheet (since excel files cannot be uploaded I took a screenshot of part of it). I'm kind of wondering about the O2, BLM and Rich/Lean numbers. The BLM - Rich/Lean Counter continuously fluctuate (starting at a lower number and working its way up to the 200s before dropping back down and starting over). I'm also curious on the O2 numbers and what they should be. I'm fairly new to the whole computer diagnostics realm and need to figure out why my Iroc is running the way it is. Any help on what these numbers mean and what they should be would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
