Now the CTS

Letting my car run for a bit after my conversion.
First had a code 23, got rid of that and now share the ground with the CTS

After 20 min's of running my temp gauge is still reading "lo temp", that can't be right. My Wideband is also reading 22

First question
What should the voltage on the CTS be? .8 volts?

Since the CTS is reading lo temp can that make the car run really lean?

Or
could I have air in the coolant system?

Thanks guys!
