Gen 7 is the "fully adjustable" EFI system with 1000 different changes you can do - to be honest - much more than the average (and even above average) guy needs.

Thruster is the "critical adjustable" system, with about 200 different changes you can do - and they "lock out" some of the screens from the Gen 7 that are just not needed realistically; i.e. things like injector lag vs. voltage screen.
