Question of the Day

Car starts runs cold fine stalls after a while warming up and will not start again - take prom out put it in the freezer get cold put back in and fires right up again runs for a while and same thing - New reman ecm even swaped for a second to check no change - no codes - your guess here. Thanks George.

My dad's '86 was doing the same thing. Tested the pickup and ignithion module, both were fine. That is usually the cause of the symptoms you described. But in this case, it was a bad fuel pump. I'd check the pickup and ignition module first.
