OTC 2000 Monitor Scanner

I purchased a OTC 2000 Monitor scanner, my 85 T/A is throwing a code 32 but the scanner is reading No Data in diag and data stream. I am using the correct cable which is for the 160 baud rate. What can i do to see if it's my ECM or the POS scanner I bought of ebay for $25

Re: OTC 2000 Monitor Scanner

I made up a ALDL cable and installed WinALDL on my old laptop. I now have all the data I can use.
