Computer Issue

Well, the idiots didnt put the production number on the computer so I dont know wtf it is so I need some info from some of you guys.

Number:7-8063
DC Code: 0205YG
Bottom Left of Sticker: WMA1003
Bottom Right of Sticker: 91-1088-77
Inside the Computer: 0780630005410017 REMFG

Can somebody give me the number on thier computer so i know what I have.

What year, model, engine, induction is/does the vehicle have? And, how many connectors are on the ECM?
