REALLY bad misfire? At tip in throttle.

Not sure if this is the right forum, feel free to move.

Anyway, Long story short, my C950 got wet, and shorted out. Got a new one, loaded the same tune, and now it feels like it wants to hit a rev limiter at 1500rpm. If I push it past that like to 2500 and then blip the gas is stutters and does the same thing. Sounds like I'm trying to leave on a 2 step.

Wires are good, changed all the plugs and wires are in correct location/order. Any help is greatly appreciated.
