Do aftermarket ECU's have speedo/tach outputs?

Do aftermarket ECU's have speedo/tach outputs?
I would like to use either a Commander 950 or a Accel DFI with a 2000 Trans Am gauge cluster (there is no wiring in the car, everything will be new). I understand that the pulse generator for the speedo was part of the original ECU and perhaps the tach. Does anyone know if the C950 or any of the Accel units have the capability of driving the gauges?
