F1 Procharged 388 running hot

I have two 12" electric derale fans mounted as pullers, they are mounted on a dual pass circle track BeCool Rad. Right now I have them wired to both run all the time. I am also not currently running a thermostat. I have a serpentine belt setup with an aluminum "high flow" water pump. (ebay crap). The car runs at 210° maybe even a scratch above that if traffic doesn't move for a long time on a 95*° day, in the sun.

I would like to get the car to run no hotter than 185-190.

I know I need to add the thermostat back and wire one fan to come on at 190 and off at 180 or so, but for now I want to concentrate on max cooling efficiency. By that I mean super hot day, both fans on, sitting still with the blower wiseling away, I want to see 190 max. Suggestions on how to get there? Would an oil cooler help out at all?

Thermostat should make a big diff. without one the coolant has no time to stay in the radiator for it to do its job.

From the sounds of it the rest of the system should be upto par. Id put a 180 / 190 stat in.
and use some water wetter or royal purple PURPLE ICE.
