91 Camaro Z28
so my 91 z28 is over heating when i park or sit in traffic i know the fans dont work one was working the other day but the other one wasnt now none are

ok a update i ran the car today it got up to the yellow line above the red then turned it off came back and started it 5 minutes latter and the fan on the driver side came on it was almost to the frist red line but the passenger side never came on even when i turned on the ac switch even tho my ac dont blow cold

A/C won't control the secondary fan if the A/C doesn't bloe cold - the switch is based on pressure - no freon = no pressure = no fan activation.
Secondary fan is also controlled by the fan switch located in the pass side head (NOT block) between #6 and #8 spark plug. Probably need a new switch, or connector.
Your primary fan is controlled by the ECM by means of the CTS located beside the thermostat housing - 2 wires black and yellow. It might be bad as well, if primary fan not operating always.
I'd look at the fan switch and verify the wire connector is good first, then I'd think about getting a new fan switch as well as maybe a new CTS (Coolant Temp Sensor).
