Fan motor possibly?
So its been awhile since I have been on as I have been using this winter to finish my engine for the RS. Since one third gen is never enough I have bought a co-workers 91 Z28 and it has only one problem that I cannot identify the source of.
The fan worked for the first day I drove it, and then it just wouldn't come on again afterwords. The cooling fan is hooked up to a switch which is the only way to turn it on. I have checked the fuses and they are all good, I checked to see if the connection on the switch is good and it appears so. Is there any easy way to see if perhaps the fan motor is done for? Is there anything else it could possibly be (it appears to me that the relay was bypassed but don't know if thats standard with manual switches)?
Looking for the fix so I can retire the RS to garage for the engine swap finally.
