Water outlet gaskets

I have put in the 3.4L crate engine in my car, is the water outlet gasket specific to the 3.4 or can I get one that would be listed for a Chevy V8?? I see Fel-pro lists for the Chevy SB & BB v8s

Why not just go to the parts store and get one for the 3.4?

That is just it, I have a flyer for Fel-Pro Perma Dry Plus gaskets and they don't list anything for the 3.4, I was having some leakage around the thermostate housing and was looking for something better then the average gasket.

AFAIK, the seal is on the thermostat itself, not a gasket between the housing and the intake. My 3100 is as such, and the design between it and the 3.4 isn't that much different - they use the same thermostats.

Yeah the gasket is attached to the thermo. Come's with a new one. Just silicone it up.
