Get dual 12s or a nice 16" should work fine. I run 1x10" and 1x16" (about 24-2600CFM) on my car in the Mojave Desert

I have a Northern 31x19 2x1 so take with a little variance
This weekend we had 98F, i went out for 30 minutes (was prewarmed also) never went above 210, fans are set at about 200 or so. This was all stop, turn go, stop...
They are both from Kragens, about 110 altogether.

since your trying to go for peak efficiency why would you want the fan to run on at 200*?
you should be looking at more like the 210 to 220 area for your gas mileage mars
