What can cause a radiator leak?
I seem to have a pressure leak of some sort.. on the right side of the engine, at the corner of the radiator. When the car is hot, it pours steam out all over my battery and right side headlights.
Before I go out and get some expensive alluminum billet hyper flow radiator, I must know what could cause this leak so it doesnt happen again.
Any ideas?
BTW, 92 RS, 3.1 MFI, 5 speed, yadda yadda. I usually keep a correct balance of coolant and water in the radiator, but the past few days it has been straight water because im out of coolant.. (im such a bad boy.) The cap has been pressure tested and it is installed correctly, and finally, my radiator hose is fine.
