Cooling fan not working...
Well I am driving home from a night of partying and as I pull in my driveway I notice my temperature gauge is a little higher than it should be. So I pop the hood and check everyting out and discover that my cooling fan is not working.
I am like ****! So I turn on the ac and still no cooling fan. The next day I checked all my fuses and found no problems. Then I ran power directly to the cooling fan and it worked. Additionally I have replaced both fan relays within the last year so I dont think they are the problem. How likely is it that both the primary fan and ac fan relay would go out at the same time?
Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what I should check next?

Depending on which type of relay you have it could very well be a bad relay. The older designed relay was a nightmare. They all suffered from premature failure. Lots of auto stores still sell the old design. NAPA has the redesigned relay under thier #AR-279, or get one from the dealer. Also inspect the relay socket for signs of overheated contacts. When the relays start to fail it causes the contacts to overheat sometimes damaging the relay socket. GMSPO number for the relay should be 14089936. approx $16 at the dealer. In a pinch you can substitute the heater blower motor relay in most cases.
