In search of the 92' specific tan interior bits. What is the correct name for it? Beige? Light brown?
Unicorn fart dust. You'll have as much luck finding the correct color. Part of the problems, in addition to the fact that it is a 1-year specific color, is that the average seller doesn't know that. They'll be listed as beige, tan, light brown, camel, or saddle, etc. Add in the fact that it is really hard to distinguish the color in photos oftentimes. The best bet is to hopefully find an actual '92 to pull parts from.
I know. I have a hard time deciphering what color it is in pictures. Pretty much impossible. I thought about buying a whole car but people want no less than $5k around here and I'm not going that route for a parts car.
I spoke to the owner of the car(before the dealer got a hold of it). White is the original color. He also didn't like the 91-92 ground effects package so he changed it to an earlier style. Wish it was real though. Likely zero 5sp ones left.

This car was $8500 when it was for sale by the previous owner, because I looked at it and sent the information to Jim L. Rousey, who is a member of the FB group 91-92 Pontica Firebird, and already has 2 Verts identical to that one, except original paint.
Just in case you weren't already aware, Jim Rousey is CharcoalBird.
I wasn't.....and now I feel really stupid....LOL!
But he doesn't know me as roorancher, either, as I use a completely different pseudonym on FB, although he does know my real name.

Lol. Figured you'd get a kick out of that. I have a different name on FB as well...and in real life.
Just curious......is this one the same color ???
It's hard to tell in the pics
Appears to be Medium Green instead of Jade. If that was a Jade car and 5sp...only 1 or only 4 were ever made. Compnine and Robert Casey have different numbers when it comes to that.
