Honestly.... it's worth what ever you're willing to pay for it and they are willing to sell it for. Now you could go to KBB or NADA to look up with the value of the car is, but since that doesn't often reflect the personal value that is were the first part comes in. Assuming it's complete and has all the vert specific parts i'd say $3-6K, depending on condition and options. As for rarity, it is less common simply because it is a convertible, but rare - again depends on options.
