solenoids
Does anyone know where to get new solenoids that release the tonneau cover? Is there a GM part number for them? I know most of the time one part like this is used several times on many different cars. Mine are weak and will not release anymore so while I have it apart I would like to install new ones. Thanks in advance guys.

Re: solenoids
These solenoids do not have a very tough duty cycle so most just get gummed up with years of dust and dirt. If they work but just seem weak, try lubicating the shaft with WD40 or a similar lubricant. Cycle them a few times and see if they don't free themselves before opening your wallet fot new ones.
