Here are pics of my 92 Trans Am Convertibles. The Blue car is a nice driver with just a few items that need attention. Plan to get this car repainted and close to perfection soon. The black TA is a car I bought for parts but then decided to restore since the metal was in such good shape. I plan to install a 350, Repaint Black,New Tan Interior/Top with Gold wheels. I feel really good about getting these cars looking good and on the road.

 

Man not 1 but 2 verts!!! Those are definitely worth restoring. Very cool rides you got there.

Thanks Man, I really am a proud owner. I always wanted a convertible Trans Am, and it had to be a 3rd Gen and a '92. I just bought a new Buick Regal 2 weeks ago and parked it in the garage, I enjoy the TA and find an excuse to drive it every chance I get LOL

 

Actually the color is medium Blue metallic or is it Quasar Blue? Teal is greener, I know because a friend i use to wk with had one. I know, the Black is going to be my blank slate. I have plans for that one. The blue car will remain stock as posible. Thank you all for your help and advice to all the questions i asked

 

You have some nice cars there. Is the blue one an auto or 5-speed? Where it Texas are you located?

 

My 89 is black, paint, top, interior. It's a GTA so had the gold wheels which didn't fit with all the black so I painted them black. When I redo the top I'm going with the glass window and have it tinted dark like the side windows. The only non black on the outside will be the polished part of the rims.

 

Plan to make it black with tan top/interior. And yes, gold wheels

 

OMG that blue one is beautiful. I wish I had that color. Glad to see that you saved the black one as well especially considering they're such rare cars.

 

I would love to have an all black GTA Convertible. Anyone who has two convertibles is doing something right.
