Sometimes the rear of my convertible top pops up when Im driving down the road. What could cause this?

 

Might be that it is not in securely. Try locking the rear and then lock the front at the windshield.

 

You might want to check that the hold down pin is engaging with the clip when you put the top up. Sometimes the slide (cable) stays in the open position when you put the top down and you need to push it back to the closed position before you put the top up. (and YANKEECARMAN is correct. Lock down the rear piece before you secure the front clamps.)

I always try to lift the rear after I secure the front before driving off. If I find it lifts, it is usually that the slide on the tonneau did not return to the locked position.
