cotter pin

i am trying to buy a couple of pins for the rear of the convertible that locks the back into place. any one who knows where i can purchase these i would be very grateful. sorry it is a 1991 and manual top,probably doesnt make a difference but thanks again

they are all manual tops until 93 and TSC has the cotter pins just have to bring in the old one or take the rear peg hold down off the top frame and bring it in.

Is the tube/lever supposed to be spring loaded to twist back shut or what returns it to locked position after you open it?
