Pictures of convertible leather interior (rear seat panel)
I have an 88 IROC convertible with pretty shabby dark gray interior. I'm looking to switch over to black leather interior to go triple black (it just sounds cool )
I'm getting leather door panels from Classic Industries most likely, black carpet from A1 Auto and some "leather" seat covers from Advance Auto Parts (for now). What I need is pictures of the rear seat leather panels on the convertibles. I'm going to re-cover mine but would like to know what they are supposed to look like. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
In advance.

No thanks. It's a matter of style not comfort =) I've owned black leather before and it can get unconfortable but I'm willing to live with it. Thanks again.

I'm pretty sure the seat patterns different between years, so this might not help you, but just in case, here is my '91:

Ok! Thanks BlueZee. That pretty much answers my question since I was just wondering if those rear panels were the same as cloth only with leather/vynil on the half above the armrest. Your pictures seems to indicate that. Appreciate it!

I believe that I'm correct that every leather seat in 88 IROCS had fabric leg & back panels (they are not hot; I know -l live on the surface of the Sun, i.e. Florida). Check out the pics on my home page. The seats are all original except the driver's which I had duplicated.

I have black leather in my hardtop 92 and I can live with the ten minutes of heat. I just park away from the sun or crack the windows. The triple black leather look is fantastic though.
