Since I'm new to this section of the forum and have been asking questions, figured I would post a pic of what I'm working on. BTW, I did get the spare back in the hole and mounted properly

Typical wear items you would expect, hole in the seat, the two top/windshield trim is cracked. It is a northern car and does have some rust. I started tackeling that today. Will have to replace the left front fender, right rear quarter, patch a spot on the floor, possibly the rear bumper mounts. Then new paint.

Looks like a good project. Are you going to paint it red or black? The stance on that is great. Is anything done to it?

 

I'm going to paint it red with some custom heritage stripes is the plan at the moment. I dont want to have to paint engine bay, door jams, blah blah blah.

Anything done to it.. as in mods, or list of crap I have done since I bought it 3 weeks ago?

Mods, the list is not long.. its to have a 350 block, converted to 5sp. Open air cleaner, msd coil, partial ac delete, cd deck, lowered, 3.23 gears, aluminum drums, 24mm rear bar.

Work I have done since 3 weeks ago is about a page long, and grows often, lol.

 

that paint scheme looks odd, do you have a picture of it from the front?

and what exactly is a partial AC delete?

 

paint on hood, clip, drivers fender is rattle can because them parts were replaced. Car had been minorly wrecked and repaired before I bought it. I'll try and pull the car in the yard next time its dry and take a picture from the roof of the house.

Condenser, lines, and Accumulator have been removed. Someday the pump and firewall box will be pulled/changed.
