New to the boards! '91 TA ragtop
Thought I'd say hi! Just scooped up a '91 TA Ragtop 5-Speed. Green/Tan. Will post pics when I get time! Looking forward to learning more about these cars. I have been restoring '69 Cougar Convertibles. Time to try something from my high school days!! I love the prices!! Everything is CHEAP!! Collect 'em now! Example: a complete power window setup for a '69-'70 Cougar runs about $500-$1000. $100 a piece for NOS window switches. Grabbed my TA for $4000 looks like the parts it needs are still available and resonably priced. Been told mine is one of 104 built that year. Looks to be relatively rare. Can anyone tell me where the RPO codes are found? Does PHS have all of this data? I used PHS during the restoration of my '68 Lemans ragtop. Not sure if they do the newer cars.

2) You might be able to go to a dealer and get a printout of your RPO's
3) the number I have is 637 Trans Am VErts (Official from Pontiac).

Sweet find and welcome to the board. I agree with you, get these cars while you can. Especially the verts. It won't be long before you see these cars going up in value real fast. I am always amazed at the attention my vert gets. I always wrote these cars off and now people just love them.

Welcome to the club. I was basically just looking for a 87-90 TA when I found the deal I did on the Vert. Collectability is right, especially for the Firebirds since they were only "officially" offered as verts in 91 and 92. I bought mine this past August and have been really happy with it!
