Help with top
I have a 95 convertible, i know we are a third gen but it is a camaro and 4th gen, and i do not know who else to ask. My rear glass window came undone, i was wondering a couple of things. 1. can it be glued back on and stay? 2. if not could it be replaced with a plastic one and stitched on to it if so does anyone know how, could you tell me? Also if not does anyone know of a cheap place to replace the window with out doing the whole top with in an hour or two of chicago? any help would be appreciated

I'm sure the glass could be replaced with plastic. I've had new plastic windows sewn in the back of mine twice, and the last one was bigger than the original. Any good upholstery shop should be able to do it, but I did take the entire top off to have it done.

On the 4th gen tops I believe the glass panel is stitched into a seperate piece of material than the rest of the top. And the piece that holds that glass gets sewn into the top, so it's not like the glass gets sewn in directly. I'm thinking you could easily get someone to re-stitch that panel in for you.
