Mine were from Schuck's/O'Reillys. Same as the summit branded seats except cheaper. Not bad for the price point but the quality is noticeably less.

Nice convertable for sale in AZ was asking 3500, he has come down to 2900.
Maybe someone would like to buy it. Look under Craigslist prescott.
White clean and about 129 thousand miles..

Re: Your Convertibles
I bought my second third gen. This is '91 Trans Am Convertible. 5.0 TPI & automatic. A "little" rough around the edges, but nothing too bad that money and loving care can't fix.
I saved it from cold and salty California to warm and sunny Finland. As you can all see in the pics.

Re: Your Convertibles
Pics make it look better what it is in reality.
Front seats are totally shot. Rest of the interior needs new things quite badly, paint is falling off, somebody put a huge Autometer tachometer in the place of original tachometer and off course, the Autometer is not even working. Underhood wiring needs urgent attention, major fire hazard. Can't believe what people are doing with the wiring...
Hood struts are gone, in back too... Top is gone also.
Car has some kind of alarm. Strange wires going from nowhere to nowhere = fun.
Steering has some major issues, terrible to drive. Im going to replace EVERYTHING.
But the engine and transmission seems to work great. Engine seems to be quite lazy compared to my other 3rd gen, 5.7 TPI (soon going to have a LS1) Camaro.
But what's the most important thing, this car is totally rust free.

Good idea, but I have sold the Camaro's old engine... Well, I can almost see the 5.3 truck motor in the future.

Re: Your Convertibles
Hey,
Long time lurker... (8 years to be exact) I figured i would come out of the woodwork and post some pics of my vert. It has been an 8 year "project" of sorts. Pretty much dead stock other than the crinkle finished spray can cragers, an open element, kyb's, and a magnaflow exhaust off of a 4th gen that i fitted on a third gen. As my handle says.... this is a low dollar build. hope you enjoy!

Re: Your Convertibles
not new to third gens, but this is my first Vert. My white whale if you will. I have tried for over 10 years to get my hands on a 91-92 Z28 Vert. been close so many times and at the last second something happens. well after WAY too long i cought my white.... err Purple Whale.....
1992 Z28 Purple Haze Vert. fully loaded power everything. After the drive home from Orlando she has 101340 miles ad with the exception of some minor things here and there look very well maintained and unmolested. only aftermarket mods i could find we rims/tires, alarm, and R134A conversion.
(if this belonged to any one on the forum let me know or get in touch with me so i can learn the cars history)
