stunt101 upcharged me +$5 for priority mail and then sent $1.90 regular mail.
stunt101 had a distributor gear listed for $25 shipping included, and when I asked if he would upgrade me to priority mail he responded that the price then became $30 shipping included, which I paid immediately. When I received the item it had a $1.90 US post office first class stamp on it (and yes it did take longer than 2-3 day priority mail) and when I emailed him asking whether he forgot that he had charged me extra for priority mail and why he sent it via regular first class, his response was, "the post man said this was better". No offer for a refund of the $5 I ate for upgraded shipping. I have sent a whole bunch of emails and messages on this board and all have gone unanswered. I have a paypal dispute open over this and will escalate it to a claim if the dispute goes unanswered. I could post all of our email conversations in this thread to prove the dishonest upcharge and subsequent lack of concern for the refund I am owed if necessary,.
Summary:
stunt 101: Newbie seller with zero posts. I should have known better than to use a seller who is on here to sell only and obviously has no interest in the hobby or community on here.
stunt101, you still owe me $5. It's very easy to refund the money I am owed since I have sent you an outstanding paypal refund request email. Click the damn thing and I get my money back. It's not about the amount of money owed but it really makes me mad that this is such a blatant, clear cut issue of you charging me for shipping that you didn't actually pay for and then keeping my money.

What I've learned w/ E commerce in general is it's not when things go smoothly, it's when things go not-so-smoothly and how they are handled, that characterizes a seller or business. I finally got a semi-threatening email from the seller only after having made this thread and given a negative I trader review. My $5 is being held hostage in exchange for deleting this thread...ha. Very professional. It's not about the dollar amount, which makes this kind of a humorous exchange but it doesn't make it any more or less right. I buy and sell online and if anything like this happens and I'm the seller (accidental overcharge) you would have your money back same day without having even had to send me an email about it. That's just common courtesy.

careful with this guy as he has been banned from here before as "smallblockking" and as "DANZWS6" and who knows how many other names. do some research and be wary.

That does not surprise me at all that he would act this way with you. I had some dealings with him and his attitude completely turned me off to making any deal with him and I backed out. Several people have PM'd me and asked why I backed out of the deal. As I summed up my replies, if he acts that way before he gets my money how is he going to act when he actually has my money. I guess you answered that question for me. Bascially, he has no respect for our community or anybody selling/buying on this website.

I too noticed the seller has a bad attitude. Saying things like need gone today then snapping at people who make an offer "why dont I just give it you". Not to mention he just registered here to sell stuff, seems suspicious.
