I sent paintballer687 $80 for a set of headers shipped to me on 1/24/09. He told me that his girlfriend took the box with her when she went to tahoe but was going to be home the very next day and he would ship them out. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have escallated my dispute with paypal to a claim, and he is not even returning their emails or mine for that matter. I have since bought another pair from someone else. I am also running a nationwide search on the police database for him, but all I have is a name and age. He will be visited by his local police.

 

Thats why when i buy from a private seller, i ask for full name, full address, telephone numbers, and absolutely must have a tracking number. I didnt do this once and it took me over a month and a half to geta part.
