I am waiting on a set of headers that I paid for over 2 weeks ago and have not gotten. I am at the end of my engine build and need them asap. He also told me 10 days ago that his girlfriend was suppose to mail them, but still nothing. Now he won't return my emails or PM's. i just want to make sure i don't get screwed.

I paid with paypal and have put in a claim now. Can I get his phone number from paypal?

 

They will not give out personal info. If he has no tracking number or evidence to prove his claim you will win, the only bad thing it takes a little while. But your protected so don't worry to much

 

I am not too worried about it. I work in law enforcement and had someone do this to me a few years ago. I was able to track him down, by using eBay, paypal, and my own info. I had the local police in the town i found him in go pay him a visit and he was arrested. The sheriff that I dealt with called me to let me know that when he went to the perps house, he found a garage full of stolen car parts. The perp went to jail and I got my money back and an "at a boy" for helping solve a chop shop ring. I already have paintballers687 name and age. Fortunately it is not a common name, so when i have it run, there should not be a lot to look through.
