Isn't exactly 3rd gen related... they deal mostly with audio equipment, but we all know a good deal of us are into audio....

Be forewarned: I purchased a Rockford Power T1 from this guy, paid for it with a USPS Money Order. A week and a half had gone by and I hadn't heard anything, and hadn't received my sub, so I emailed them. It took 3 emails before they got back to me to tell me they didn't have my money! Now I ALWAYS get a tracking number and require a signature. Tracking number says that it delivered, and someone signed for it. Long story short, I emailed them 4 more times before they got back to me again, and told me that they still did not have my payment. (And this is only 1 email/day!!) So I wanted to call them to try and get an answer since they were horrible at emails, and no one answered the phone and no answering machine either! So like I said... I finally did get an email back saying they still didn't have my payment. I filed a complaint with ebay and had to go into the post office, pay $3 and fill out the form that tracks the status of a money order. If these jokers really DID lose the money order, then USPS will refund my money. If it was cashed then they send me a copy of the voided MO - then it becomes another battle. I think this is far from over...

Just don't waste your time... poor communication and obviously they have no organizational skills to lose a friggen payment!!!!!
