I sold him my edelbrock headers and he said he would send a money order for them. He now has my headers and I never saw the money, and thats been over a month now and he doesnt reply to any of my emails.

Just got off phone with the Tucson Police Fraud Dept at 791-4481 and they said I can file a police report. I did and I have to fax them copies of the Emails tomorrow morning and to show that I did infact Deny the first payment due to difficulties.

 

Why would you send the headers without getting payment first?

 

I sent them out because he did pay initially and it was in my pay pal so i sent them out but when i tried to retrieve the funds i couldnt and it was sent back to him. He said ok no prob and said he would send out a MO 3 days later but never did

 

Things seem to be turning around for the best. Sergio has contacted me and we are flowing in the right direction again.

 

something is wrong with that, Pay-pal is like a bank account, once you have the money, they can't just take it back. Only if there is an unresolved complaint.
