This guy ripped me off over 5 months ago for some parts.He told me every excuse why my parts werent sent.I made a report to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center on this crook also.I still dont have my $ or parts!!Just a heads up to the HONEST working guys out there.

Just further to the post above, I found this little interesting tidbit regarding his latest scam on thirdgen.org. Here is a link for a "!!!Complete 305 Iroc Tuned Port Engine For Sale!!!" [The engine was rebuilt approximatley 24,000 miles ago, and the tuned port remained unchanged. The engine comes complete with the complete TPI, the 305 block which was an excellent motor and was only removed for a 350 TPI conversion.]

Just an outsider's prospective, but here's the way it is:

1) He sent you money for parts and shipping in good faith
2) You cashed the money order
3) You never sent the parts
4) You have not sent him his money back or appolized

If this does not constitute a rip off, I don't know what would. How posting negative feedback about a deadbeat seller is childish escapes me, also.

What a LIAR.You NEVER sent me my money.You told me as soon as you sold a rear or a tranny you would send me MY $ and a few bucks for the hassle.That was another month and a half ago.I will be all over this board posting that you ripped me off until I get my money back.Thats all you have to do is send my money back,then I wont be posting this anymore and like I said until then you will get this all the time.

Hey Erik/ES87IROC, funny thing! This other Erik/digimagix, wanted the gfx i sold you. Do you remember me Erik, you were trying to push those kick panels on me for my gfx set. Man, if you would have ripped me off i would have been real pissed. I would have sent you to jail my friend, especially since it is turning out that you have so many friends from buying,selling things! I really hope you were not trying to rip me off. That is why i wanted money, no trades, that is just plain stupid. How would that work through mail anyway. You could have just said you sent them and tried to weasel your way out of giving me the insurance money for them while you walk away with my gfx for nothing. I was smarter than that though. Do you remember Erik when i asked you if you were the same Erik that i had already gotten back to on the subject. I have all of the e-mails documenting it. I was told that they were Rockford Fosgate punch power minisubs and they had a RF tweeter covered by RF grills. They were black. I know RF is pretty good but i don't know how much these cost. I really wasn't interested in them since my interior was grey, thats all.

OK so far I have read all of the above posts and from my view here is what I see:

1. There is no proof of anything. Steve getting paid back or even Steve paying. So from how I look at this is... it's one man's word against anothers.

2. I still don't know what 86IROCNJ has to do with anything

3. I belive, no matter what this thread should be deleted- because its just two people aruguing. Use PM or your E-mail.

I'm just saying this because I sell stuff at online auctions and I've had a couple of people screw me. I always have recipts on postage. I use www.shippertools.com to make my labels for free that include FREE delicvery conformation. When I buy something I always pay with a money or or PayPal. PayPal has a very good buyer protection program, as does using money orders. Just my $.02

seems to me the thing to do would be to send steve his money and put this behind you. as someone who buys on e-bay often i have never been taken,but then again i dont deal with people with poor feedback or who change screen names like underware. as a buyer i personally dont care abouit the sellers life problems and expect product within 2 weeks or less of payment.
SO DONT BE A TROLL,pay steve back and put this behind you.
