Whats wrong with sending it certified, or through pay-pal? That Is how your business is run, isn't it, or do people always go to your house and pay you in person? What a Joke! It can and should be settled other than in person, that is how you get money from others, why should it be any different this time around? I understand that the money "was lost" before, but if it is certified this time, there is no excuse! The company, like pay-pal or Western Union will be held responsible and all money will be insured by them. Sorry, but i do not smell what you are shoveling. Keep in mind, i am not flaming you Digi/Thirdgenparts, and i never have. I've just made suggestions. You also have to keep this stuff in mind with the line of "work" you are conducting. There will always be unhappy people in the world and you can not satisfy them all. Take it as it comes and get it off of your hands. Good luck

2. I still don't know what 86IROCNJ has to do with anything

3. I belive, no matter what this thread should be deleted- because its just two people aruguing. Use PM or your E-mail.
Well, Just $.02 here, but some answers none the less.

1. Erik Kehl clearly admits that he received the money for the parts, never sent said parts, and has not sent a refund. Period.

2. 86IROCNJ has personally dealt with Erik Kehl/digimagix/thirdgenp@rts/whatever-the-cover-name-is-today, so his input on this character is completly relevant.

3. I don't see any arguing, except poor language choices by Erik
Kehl.

This is a FEEDBACK forum GOOD and BAD. If all the negative feedback was deleted, what would the point be of a feedback forum? Does ebay deleted negative feedback b/c it's negative?

Not flaming anyone, just stating simple FACTS.

I think the part where ThirdgenP@rts says "I was wrong"

is fact enough, he said it himself, now own up and pay the man back, plain and simple.

he could have pleaded the 5th, but now it's in writing

IF YOU CANT COME AND GET IT OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS, DO NOT BOTHER COMPLAINING ANY FURTHER. I want to make sure my lawyer is present so that this matter is settled legally, considering you filed charges against me, unfortunatley I cant send my lawyer in the mail to take care of matters.

In order for the post office to deliver something, you have to -send- it first.

You stiffed Steve, why should he have to go halfway across the country to get his money back? Flying cross country to pickup $45 seems hardly cost effective, and you know it. That is why you are saying this.

A postal money order sent certified mail is totally legally enforcable. You will get a return slip saying that it was recieved by the addressee. This would be the best legitimate way to resolve the situation. If certified mail is good enough for the federal government, it's good enough for you.

Blah....comon ,

1. you realize by not sending him the money it makes you look like a total crook

2 Its worse that you now have the money in hand and wont send it, that is a **** poor excuse , there are ways of documenting the fact that the money was received. If he lies and says he diddent get it you could scan in the proof that he did and this would all be over.

send the money certified mail

and if you dont I seriously doubt you will ever sell another part on here again

Its crap like that, that gives people a bad rep.! If you do not want to respect what someone has to say, don't react like that, just don't respond! Be the 'better man". Thats it. I can not see why you can not do it through pay-pal RIGHT NOW. It will take less than 15min. and this thread will be dead. Make good on your word of giving him his money back. Your wasting more energy responding to tools like myself on this thread than it would take to pay through pay-pal. Like i said, good luck to both of you.

Steve, post this *** hole's address so people know who they are dealing with. Obviously he does not give a flying fukc so i saw screw him now. If this truely is "what pays the bills", hit him where it hurts. Go to every site on the net, inform the people in charge on those sites, report him to whomever you can and fukc him! Forget about the lube, fukc him till it burns. lol If i were you and i knew i wasn't getting my money back, i'd do it. later

The United States Post Office has something called "MAIL ORDER FRAUD"

They will notify the "seller" and he will have 30 days to respond with proof that he sent the item or the money back......If he doesn't.............can we all say felony......lol.....

I've done it before and got the problem resolved........

Stop this chitter chatter on these boards arguing and get a reliable middle man involved....

ThirdGenP@rts, I'm not attacking just saying if you did send the money back, SHOW PROOF...........

My advice to Steve: File a Mail Order Fraud complaint.......

Remember the post office is an interstate business and therefore is handled by the federal government........

The internet is a vast place.......

I could come on here today and get money shipped to a P.O. Box in the next city, open a new hotmail.com account, a new TGO screen name........and BAM start ripping people off again(if he did)......

This guy is only known by one name and one name only to the police, don't waste your time by posting this on the internet........

i saw erik's/es87iroc 's signature, and saw what is going down.

thirdgenp@rts/digimagix: if you honestly expect to ever sell another thirdgen part here, you'll pay up. until that time, i'll keep a notice in my signature warning potential sellers about you.

also, as it has been said before, the postal service offers receipts so you know exactly when your money arrives, and who signed for it when they received the package.

i did this for my parents when they ordered my laptop two years ago for my christmas/high school grad present. made me feel a little bit safer knowing exactly who signed for the $2,447.xx certified check, and that it arrived properly.

and paypal isn't that bad. i've had nothing but good things to say about paypal. wuss.

just be a man, and pay up.

TJA... ?? So AS WE SAY HERE IN HOLLAND

Hi, I'm Marc from holland and driving a trans AM from 1986....

I read the HOLE topic......and i can only 1 thing say about this....

- I bought TRANSAM TAIL LIGHTS from STEVE !!! and that was GREAT SUPREME VERY VERy GOOD AND NICE....

yes im still happy about it..... i paid him trough PAYPAL and everything GOES OKE SHIPPINg TO ME TO NETHERLANDS (in Europe)....

- About the topic itself....i believe STEVE because I'm an outsider and knows how it is to buy something from OUSIDE my own country and then PAY for youre goods THEN PAY for the BTW and then not getting it here.....so much $$$$$ away.... WHY ???

everybody have to work for there $...and driving a THIRDGEN is great but VERy EXPENSIVE HERE IN HOLLAND......

There is no PROOF for ME but my feeling says STEVE is RIGHT and a GUY who is comming his word afther (AS WE SAY HERE IN HOLLAND)..........

One thing more......this reply i placed was because....

- NR 1 STEVE IF GREAT AND CAN BE TRUST !!

- NR 2 I want to be part of the longest TOPIC HERE.....

I just want to say ONE thing.... NO HARD FEELINGS FOR DIGIMAX=THIRDGENP@RTS but i only want to buy from STEVE because the first time i bought something from him it was OKE...and reading this hole topic is telling me some how just not to BUY from THIRDGENP@RTS..... SORRY FOR THAT.....

BYE,BYE

Greetings from Marc out The Netherlands (Europe)

Just from reading all this nonsense, I certainly won't make out a check or money order to any Erik Kehl anywhere in the country. I don't care if he's got the last of every 3rd gen part in his trailer. Why don't you get a real job, instead of buying junk parts and reselling them at a premium (and sometimes not sending them at all)?

I plan on not buying parts from this buy at all. SUGGESTION- only pay with paypal the seller has 3 business days to send the item. They also have great fraud policies. So oyu don't get screwed like Steve.

Goodbye Thread

This matter will be taken care of between me and Steve. I see no reason to continue this thread, and have people replying just for the sake of replying. Steve once again you need to email me, Its up to you what you want to do. as far as I am concerned, I will have nothing more to do with this thread. If I would have just left well enough alone, it would never have gotten this bad in the first place.

I plan on not buying parts from this buy at all. SUGGESTION- only pay with paypal the seller has 3 business days to send the item. They also have great fraud policies. So oyu don't get screwed like Steve.
Paypal isn't all that safe. I got screwed out of $100 from a guy on Camaroz28.com. Paypal couldn't get me my money back. There were quite a few people that that person scammed on cz28.com. I have lost faith in Paypal, I'll only use it to receive money. Use a Postal Money Order or COD.

Steve I just wanted to commend you for not letting this POS get away with your money! I know too many people that would have said "oh its only $45 bucks what's the point"! The point is that these jokers are making a killing scaming honest folks like Steve (and I know he's honest), weither it's $200 bucks or nickle and diming someone!

I know by now I would have totally lost my patients with this guy. Most likely i would be making friends with someone around his way and having the debt/scam settled with a good ol' *** kickin' or tire slashing or something of that nature. One way or another I would get my $45 dollars worth out of him

Erik,

Are you ever going to reply to my e-mails? I've been waiting a year and never received the steering column or my $98 back. You seemed to ignore my first port on this thread so maybe you'll read this post and it will jog your memory.

Steve, did you ever get your parts or your money back? As for your saying "$45 may not be much to some, but its MINE" towards the beginning of the post...RIGHT ON! $45 is like 200 blank CD's...a Playstation 2 game...at least 2 tanks of gas...a much more needed part for your car...wiring for an amp...a weeks worth of eating out at McDonalds...a noise ordinance ticket...a dozen roses for your girlfriend/wife...a satellite payment...dog food...school supplies...some smokes and beer (which I would not recommend spending it on, just making a point )...Christmas present(s)...shall I continue? Only have one thing to say to what-ever-his-name-is-now...PAY UP NOW OR FOR EVER BE DISCRACED IN THE NAME OF THIRDGEN-ERS AROUND THE BOARDS AND IN YOUR HOME TOWN AND STATE. YOU ARE THE TYPE THAT GIVE INTERNET SALES A BAD NAME AND THE REASON WHY SO MANY PEOPLE DISTRUST AND DISLIKE THE INTERNET STORES AND THEIR SELLERS. MAY YOU RECEIVE COAL IN YOUR STOCKING AND PRESENT BOXES.

But anywayz...Happy Holidays to everyone else!

a digimax is a realitivly rare creature. A digimax is known to change its identity by using different names. a digimax is a predator who's prey is honest hard working individuals. Because the digimax rarely acomplishes anything in its life, it must take all it can from lying, cheating and stealing. It is truley one of the worlds lowest life forms. To make things worse, the digimax finds humor in the loss of others. If seen in the wild a digimax should be promplty steped on for the scum that it is.

P.s. "digimax" you may say that this is no one elses' business, but yet it is. when you screwed a fellow thirdgener you srcewed us all. On this board we stick together. I am a firm beliver of what comes around goes around, and i look forward to the day when you get yours.

Ask him if he wants to come to the thirdgen nationals! I'm sure he could get a ride from someone.
