A little help on holley ID please

I just purchased a used carb for real cheap off a guy I know. Its a holley with manual choke and vac secondaries. there is a # right by the linkage side of the choke tower that reads 6931 and another # on the metering block (I think thats the name) that says 40569. Id like to know exactly what I have.

thanks in advance, Vortec
