rejet or not?
im swapping out my 305 to a 350, but still using my same rebuilt carb. its a rochester 4bbl w/ electric choke. should i have the carb rejeted for the 350 or will the stock jets be sufficent for seriuos street performance?

Jetting is a standard "tuning" operation. Unless it was optimized on the 305, it probably could have used some tuning via jetting even then. Going from winter to summer can require rejetting to keep it optimized.
So, just going from a 305 to a 350 is not the only reason you probably need to rejet. And, you probably do need to rejet, both primaries (we are talking a non-CC q-jet, right?), and rods/hanger for the secondaries.
