I am wondering if anyone can help I switched from Tpi to carb and after all my ignition seems to not work. I am thinking its the vats system or something like that. I am wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this if so how we fix it. Thanks guys

Re: Tpi to Carb ignition problems
you can't use your old distributor. the old wire that powered the remote coil is pink. The pink wire is the accessory hot wire to the coil. On a gm hei distributor this goes to the b+ of the distributor and the vacuum goes to a ported vacuum signal.

Re: Tpi to Carb ignition problems
The white wire from the coil gets hooked up to the tach terminal on the Hei distributor.
