Holley 1850 flooding

Hi Guys. New here and I came with a problem! My Holley 1850 9 carb starts and fuel runs out of the secondarys for a minute or two then stops. It backfires through the carb and misfires. I can't find a float adj. Any help appreciated. New carb never torn down. THANKS

Re: Holley 1850 flooding

On my holley the floats were the tan plastic ones and they developed a very slow leak and filled with fuel this made then not be bouyant anymore and a very similar problem occured it would just flood out the enigine and POUR fuel everywhere. Took it apart replaced them with the steal soldered floats and reset the float level... Fixed the problem try that
