Carb size for my combo?

I've searched and found several opinions on different combos but I wanted to ask and be sure before spending money. Im just wanting your guys thoughts on what my combo requires. Im looking at the summit (old holley 4010) carbs. I havent decided on an intake yet, if you all have any thoughts on that as well Id appreciate it...thanks again!

Fresh 355
LT4 Hotcam
Patriot Performance Aluminum Freedom 190cc heads
Heddman Longtubes

Should be pulling to 6200-6400 rpm

650 CFM would be enough for a single plane intake, but you don't want to run a single plane intake on that engine.

A 750 CFM DP will be fine.
