Tool's for rebuild?

Gonna attempt to rebuild my carb this weekand on my own, is there any special tool I should get to make the job easier or will just common tool's do the job?

Stock q-jet right?

Make sure you have the torx bits. T8 and T15 and T20 to be specific.
Make sure you have a small flat blade screwdriver bit, like eyeglass repair size.
You'll need a small allen key, maybe 1/8" or so. The last two I mentioned there are for adjusting the air valve tension.

Grab the "carburetor adjusting tool" from Napa, $11 or so. You'll use the "double D" bit on that for adjusting your idle mixture (if it's a non-cc model, probably won't need it if it's a CC model).

carb dip, can of compressed air... Maybe digital calipers to measure your power piston height....
Wide flat blade screwdriver, to remove the jets. Gotta be the widest one you have.
A 1/8" pin punch is handy for removing the acc pump linkage, although I rigged up a bent nail to do the trick...

Awww, you got it all wrong! You forgot the most important tool:

Beer!

Don't forget extra gaskets, and hoses. You might end up splitting hoses
during removal.

Pretty much standard tools - 1" combo wrench and feeler gage is about as complicated as it gets.

Ditto the dip-type carb cleaner & compressed air. If you don't have access to an air compressor, the spray can carb cleaner with the nozzle tube can be used to blow out passages after soaking.
