1411 carb stock jetting, but the plugs look clean?
When I was in the process of changing to the hedman LTs overthe LG4 manifolds, the plugs came out ahnd they looked almost brand new, they just ahd a little dark brown on the porceline and that was just on one side.
Could it be possible the carb is actually right on? Or could I be runing low on fuel? I have a stock replacement mechanicle fuel pump on it right now, I thought it would be running rich. I hooked up a presure gauge and it stayed at 5-6.5 all the way through 2nd and into the middle of 3rd, and never showeed signs of falling off. Dont know how it does with the headers yet, still putting the passengerside on.

Fuel pressure isn't a tuning parameter with carbs. You just need enough pressure to push fuel up into the carb bowl(s) during all phases of operation.
Fuel (float) level in the bowl is a different matter. But, that should be set to the "proper" level, and tuning due to other changes in the engine should be accomplished with jet changes, power circuit modifications, pump shot, etc.
