Edelbrock 1411 Carb Problem
I was driving the Camaro over Bromley Mountain in VT yesterday afternoon in a snow squall. On the other side of the mountain in Manchester the throttle felt like it was sticking slightly above idle. I put the car in neutral and gun it to free up the carb and it worked, for about 3 miles. It stuck again and I did the same thing. The carb appears to have the secondaries stuck partially open and now it wants to run at WOT the entire time.
Any help at trying to repair this will be appreciated.

Its an Edelbrock Carb. 1411 is the model number, this is a 750 CFM carb.
I took apart the carb and cleaned some sediment from the fuel bowls. Put it back together and it is running fine now.
I don't know if it was dirty or frozen.
