Possible float level problem?

About a month ago I swapped my 600 holley for a 750.It worked
fine at first but now I noticed if I go around a corner quickly the
engine cuts out for a split second like I am out of gas.I started to remove the screw on the float bowl to check the level but stopped when gas started to come out so I don`t think it is too low. When I step on it, it does not run out of gas.I may put the 600 back on to see if it goes away.Any Ideas?
