Best Mechanical Fuel Pump - price/reliability
From experiences or friends cars...who has the best mechanical fuel pump. I was looking at the Holley 12-327-11 110gph or the Carter Street Super but there are a few to choose from.
I have a Summit Electric 140gph now and do not like it from the noise. I've tried to insulate and put rubber in between the bracket and the frame and still do not like the noise...plus I hear they are not to reliable so I was thinking of mechanical.....any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks Chevymad and Damon so I guess Carter it'll be..
Did you have to rotate the housings at all or was the location of the inlet and outlet ok?

i've had the carter street pump for probalby close to 5 years. It's worked well on a stock lg4, a modified lg4, and now the 350 in my Z28. it's held up well. Et's from 15.9-12.0 and it's still kicking strong.
