CCQ-Jet and MCS
Now I am real confused and could use some help...
87 'Bird 305, 4bbl CCQ-Jet.
Was having idling problems and it seemed to be running rich. Dwell seems to be around 30ish or so, and it does vary. The idle is rather rough. This just started happening over the last week. I just replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump. In addition, just replaced the coolant temp sensor and plug.
I disconnected the MCS and is smoothed out. Hook it back up, and it stutters all over again.
Can it be the ECM, MCS, or other adjustments?
Thanks in advance... I know this may be a newbee question, but this is my first project car, and my first thirdgen and I would like for it to run well.
