750 carb too much?
I can get a free brand new Edelbrock Carb. All I know about it is that its a 750. Do you think that 750 is too much for the 330HO crate motor with headers and a Performer RPM intake?

It will work fine. My motor is almost identical to your crate motor
and the 750 is fine. If yours is a #1407 model carb you may want to lean out the primary side a bit for crisp throttle response and mileage. Its a little fat out of the box.
A .065x.037 rod with a .107 primary jet works for me.
The secondary jets are fine as is. (.107)
