Secondary hangers and rods stock cc carb
I read the tech bulliten about relaxing the spring on the secondaries, and in the article, it said that it might bog when I nail it with the engine warm. Well, I did all that, and sure enough, it bogged. Putting two and two together, I can see that I need to change the hangers and rods, but what size is good for a STOCK 305 "H" motor? The article said that there are several diffrent sizes to choose from. Also, it does have a fresh tune-up, and in a couple months, I will be putting on Edelbrock headers, 3" y-pipe, 3'cat replacement pipe, dynomax ultraflo muffler and tailpipes. If I change the secondary hangers and rods, I'd like to put in some that will go good with that setup. Just wondering if any of you have done these mods to a cc carb on a stock motor.

The B/DR combo worked well when my LG4 was stock, and they're working great now.
