Choke Light

My choke light is constantly on. Why? Does that mean my choke is bad or is there a fuse I should be replacing? Is there a choke fuse?

Just got a new edelbrock 600cfm electric choke. Been having problems everysince.

Test your alternator, the choke light is also the alternator(charge) light.

If it just showed up when you changed the carb it's probably not the alternator. Check the connections on the choke coil, the edelbrock needs a power and and ground lead.
