edelbrock electric choke

edelbrock electric choke

I need to hook up the electric choke on my edlebrock 750. i see two posts on the side of the choke assembly one is female, one is a male. which wires go where?

I am pretty sure I am correct, but get a second opinion and double check me, but the left side is usually the ground. And the right terminal hooks up to the switched 12 volt source.

thanks, still open for second opinions. when you say left you mean the male connnector or the female connector?

female is your ground and male is your 12v hot. i just hooked one up on my 750. goodluck

he is right the female is ground other is 12 volt source. i have a 600 i hooked up recently and that is what the paperwork called out for
